A leading established institutional investment platform is searching for an Investment Operations Analyst at the Senior Executive/Assistant Manager level to join it's Alternative Investments team. This role sits close to the investment professionals and supports the operational execution and ongoing management of complex investment strategies.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate onboarding and implementation of new investments
- Support capital calls, distributions and transaction funding
- Track portfolio activity, cash movements and investment events
- Liaise with custodians, administrators, auditors and external partners
- Review fund documentation and subscription materials
We’re looking for
- 5+ years of fund accounting and fund operations experience
- Experience in Alternative assets - Private equity, digital, real estate, etc.
- Fund Accountants from sell-side with fund operations exposure are encouraged to apply
- Candidates from sell-side looking to move into buy-side are encouraged to apply
