This role is focused on building and nurturing strategic relationships with institutional and fintech partners leveraging the firm’s trading platforms, brokerage capabilities, and investment solutions. The position plays a key role in driving client engagement, strengthening long-term partnerships, and ensuring a high-quality end-to-end client experience.
As the key liaison for assigned accounts, you will work cross-functionally with teams across trading, product development, operations, technology, and compliance to support onboarding, address client needs, and enhance overall service delivery. You will also play a consultative role in helping clients optimise the use of the firm’s offerings and identify opportunities for deeper collaboration.
A strong grasp of capital markets infrastructure and fintech ecosystems is important, particularly in areas such as digital brokerage solutions, API integrations, and cross-border investment platforms.
Performance in this role is measured through client satisfaction, usage and adoption of services, account development, and the strength of long-term client relationships rather than direct sales targets.
