We are supporting a well-established financial services platform in Singapore on a confidential search for a Vice President within the Finance & Operations function.

This role will oversee a core operations team responsible for client fund flows and operational processes, while acting as a key escalation point for complex operational matters and supporting ongoing process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational processes within the Finance & Operations function

• Lead and guide a team while ensuring strong operational controls and service levels

• Act as an escalation point for complex operational and client-related matters

• Partner closely with sales teams and internal stakeholders to drive efficient cash management

• Contribute to process improvements and operational enhancement initiatives

Requirements

• Prior experience within financial services operations, ideally within capital markets, brokerage, or wealth platforms

• Strong understanding of payments, client fund flows, or operational processes

• Proven ability to manage and guide teams within a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable handling escalations and working closely with business stakeholders
