As a Junior AI Architect, you will learn and grow within a dynamic team while gaining hands-on experience with the latest AI technologies. Your role will focus on assisting with architectural designs, supporting AI implementations, and building your expertise in areas like Generative AI, cloud-based solutions, and AI model development.
Responsibilities:
Technical & Engineering Support
- Assist in designing AI solution architectures, integrating emerging AI technologies into practical solutions.
- Support senior architects in architectural discussions with clients, offering insights into AI implementations across diverse environments (PC, Edge, Data Center, and Cloud).
- Help ensure AI solutions align with industry best practices and modern platforms, including GPUs/NPUs, Cognitive Infrastructure, and Application Domains.
- Contribute to the team’s thought leadership by staying up-to-date with open-source technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, OPEA) and partner technologies like Google, Microsoft, AWS, NVIDIA, IBM, and others.
- Support the integration of cutting-edge technologies and assist in the development of proofs-of-concept (PoC) and MVPs.
- Assist in the creation and refinement of AI solutions, helping to deliver tangible business value quickly and efficiently.
- Collaborate on optimizing AI and cloud architectures to meet customer needs, ensuring that solutions are efficient, accurate, and effective.
- Support assessments and reviews of existing AI architectures, contributing ideas for potential improvements and optimizations.
- Stay engaged with emerging trends in Generative AI and explore how they can be incorporated into client solutions.
- Work closely with senior architects and clients to understand their AI needs and provide technical support and advice.
- Contribute to workshops and client meetings, helping to explain AI concepts and their potential business applications.
- Collaborate with internal teams, global partners, and customers to ensure smooth and effective project delivery.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, ensuring that best practices and lessons learned are communicated across teams.
- Participate in the design, development, and fine-tuning of AI models, focusing on improving model performance and adapting solutions to specific tasks.
- Gain experience with AI tools and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and others, assisting with model training and testing.
- Learn how to work with AI operations (LLMOps), assist with governance in production environments, and apply strategies for maintaining model accuracy and performance.
- Grow expertise in AI ethics and governance, with a focus on ensuring fair, responsible, and unbiased AI solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in AI development, software engineering, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI/ML offerings.
- Experience with coding in Python, Java, or Go, and an eagerness to learn and grow your programming skills.
- Familiarity with AI model development, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and pipeline creation.
- Knowledge of tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other deep learning frameworks.
- Interest in Generative AI technologies (e.g., GPT, BERT, DALL-E) and their applications.
- Basic understanding of AI governance, bias mitigation, and ethical AI practices.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
