Global HR Governance Specialist (APAC/MEA)

Join a leading global reinsurer at the forefront of HR transformation. This is a high-impact role within the Global HR Transformation & Governance team, driving the design and oversight of a new global HR policy and guidelines framework across regions.

Working within a collaborative, international HR matrix, you will partner with HRBPs, functional HR teams, HR Tech, and business leaders to embed strong governance standards and enable consistent, compliant HR practices worldwide.

What You’ll Do

• Draft and manage globally harmonised HR policies and guidelines, representing the APACMEA region
• Oversee regional/legal deviations while maintaining governance integrity
• Lead governance training and support regulatory audits
• Partner across regions to ensure a robust and future-ready HR framework

What We’re Looking For

• At least 5 years’ experience in HR governance
• Experience in insurance industry preferred
• Legal qualifications would be advantageous
