This position calls for a commercially astute leader who can translate strategy into execution — building the business through Joint Ventures from the ground up while accelerating revenue growth and market presence.
You will take ownership of shaping the operating model, defining the market positioning, and assembling a strong team to deliver long-term, scalable success within a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- While acting as the number 2 for the Singapore entity, this person will orchestrate the end-to-end launch of the joint venture brokerage operation in North Asia, ensuring full operational and regulatory readiness.
- Craft and implement a regional growth roadmap focused on revenue generation and strategic market penetration across Asia.
- Build, mentor, and lead a dynamic commercial team, particularly across sales and marketing functions.
- Develop targeted go-to-market initiatives and revenue acceleration plans aligned with overall business objectives.
- Partner closely with executive leadership to shape strategic priorities and define the business trajectory.
What You Bring
- Degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline preferred.
- Experience in Heading Equity Derivatives Sales, Securities Sales or OTC Sales
- 15+ years of experience in financial services, with exposure to commercial leadership or business build-outs.
- Deep familiarity with Asian financial markets and well-developed industry relationships is advantageous.
- Demonstrated track record in scaling operations, driving revenue growth, and leading sales teams in evolving or start-up settings.
