We are supporting a growing regional Aviation firm in Singapore on a search for a  Finance Manager  to support both financial management and business operations.

This role will oversee core finance functions while partnering closely with the business on budgeting, cash management, and ongoing expansion initiatives. The position offers strong exposure to operational finance, cost management, and strategic projects within a dynamic environment.

This is a hands-on opportunity to lead a team within a scaling platform, ideal for candidates who are comfortable operating across both reporting and business-facing finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes

• Manage cash flow and working capital across business operations

• Support financial modelling, investment evaluation, and expansion initiatives

• Drive cost control and operational finance processes across functions

• Strengthen internal controls and support audit and compliance requirements

• Partner with stakeholders across operations, procurement, and management

Requirements

• Prior experience in a Finance Manager / commercial finance capacity within aviation, manufacturing, infrastructure

• Strong grounding in financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management

• Exposure to business partnering, capex planning, or project-based finance is advantageous
