The Finance Associate will support the Accounting & Finance team in preparing financial reports and driving initiatives to enhance accounting processes, IT systems, internal controls, and office operations across entities in Singapore, Australia, and Japan.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in research, documentation, filing, and maintenance of accurate financial and corporate secretarial records.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reporting packages, including management accounts, presentation materials, and investor reports, providing insights into business performance, trends, tenancy arrears, forecasts, and credit assessments.
- Liaise with external stakeholders such as auditors, tax advisors, banks, and investors on finance-related matters.
- Participate in projects aimed at strengthening accounting processes, IT controls, internal controls, operational efficiency, and sustainability initiatives.
- Provide support on accounting-related and operational improvement projects.
- Assist with ad-hoc finance and administrative matters as required by management.
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and proficient in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
- Meticulous, resourceful, technologically adept, and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment and proactive with a strong initiative and continuous process improvement mindset.
