As an Actuarial Consulting Manager , you’ll lead a broad portfolio of strategic assignments, work closely with senior stakeholders, and play a key role in developing the capability and performance of a growing consulting team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a diverse range of actuarial and strategic projects spanning audit support, transformation initiatives, M&A work, and broader advisory engagements
- Advise clients on emerging trends, operational challenges, and opportunities to strengthen their business
- Mentor junior consultants and provide project leadership to ensure high-quality delivery and team growth
- Minimum 7 years of actuarial experience with exposure across multiple actuarial functions
- Near-qualified or fully qualified actuary (SOA, IFoA, or equivalent)
- Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively, manage stakeholders, and influence decisions
