Hi, Leonard here! From my humble beginnings of being a Generalist recruiter in the Commerce industry, I transitioned into Specialist Recruitment in 2020 - right in the middle of the toughest time in recruitment. 
 
I built the Operations & Transformation market from the ground up, successfully placing talent from junior underwriters to C-suite executives in the Insurance industry across both Permanent and Contract roles. Over the past 5 years, industry leaders have recognized me as a go-to expert in this space.
