Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing the  annual audit plan.
• Perform control testing and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare audit reports and follow up on action plans.
• Communicate audit scope and findings to business units.
• Support ad-hoc reviews and investigations.
• Plan and lead audits across operations, governance, and compliance.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or related field;  CIA, CPA, or ACCA  preferred.
• Minimally 10 years  of audit experience, ideally in  insurance or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of audit and risk frameworks.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and confident working with stakeholders.
• Proactive and team-oriented.
