Overview
You will be responsible for designing, executing and reviewing customer campaigns across acquisition, engagement and retention. This role works closely with marketing, digital, data and distribution teams to ensure campaigns are well-planned, delivered on time and optimised based on results.
Key Responsibilities

Design and conceptualise customer and sales campaigns aligned with business objectives

Manage end-to-end campaign execution across digital, CRM and distribution channels

Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, digital, data, product, distribution) to deliver campaigns smoothly

Track campaign performance and conduct post-campaign analysis

Use data and insights to improve targeting, messaging and future campaigns

Ensure proper documentation, timelines and governance for all campaigns
Requirements
- More than 6 years of experience in campaign management, customer marketing or lifecycle management

Background in financial services

Strong experience running multi-channel campaigns (digital, CRM, marketing automation)

Comfortable working with data, customer segmentation and performance metrics

Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills

Hands-on, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple campaigns at once
