Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing customized solutions.
- Risk Assessment & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential exposures and recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Policy Placement & Negotiation: Negotiate terms and place insurance policies with underwriters, ensuring competitive pricing and coverage that align with client objectives.
- Account Management: Oversee the renewal process, policy endorsements, and mid-term adjustments, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions to provide informed advice to clients.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including claims, policy, operations and compliance, to deliver seamless service to clients
Qualifications & Skills
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- Professional Certifications: BCP, PGI and CommGI is mandatory
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in commercial insurance broking, with a focus on Property & Casualty lines.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of commercial insurance products, underwriting principles, and risk management strategies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse complex risk scenarios and develop effective insurance solutions.
