Job title: Regional Sales Manager - Taiwan Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute competitive commercial strategies that align with the company directives to achieve short and long-term revenue growth, while ensuring that goals are consistent with the vision and mission.

• Set clear KPIs, track and monitor performance of distributors.

• Ensure sustainable and profitable in-market growth

• Successfully achieve multiple new product launches with associated metrics. Ensure deep customer, competitor & environmental insights are incorporated in plans & execution

• Develop & implement strategy for additional growth drivers such as inorganic business development, as well as other solutions and services

• Leadership of key customer facing activities, including marketing, sales, professional education, key customer and distributor management

• Development of new/existing KOL relationships and association with relevant key clinicians

• Partner with functional leaders to ensure excellent functional performance including QRA, S&R, Supply Chain & Marketing Teams

• Coach and Educate Distributor Sales Team to Maximize the Medical Solutions Portfolio Selling Skills in Hong Kong and Taiwan.

• Understand Public Hospitals Buying Process and Reimbursement Schemes across the 2 markets

• Participate and help drive wins in Key Strategic Tenders

• Understand the competitive landscape, market intelligence of Surgical gloves, Compression (DVT) Devices & Nutritional Delivery portfolio

• Gain keen understanding of In Market End User buying process and map buying process in each market

• Develop market development plan of Medical Solutions products

• Deliver financial results

Job Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree

• Healthcare background

• 3-7 years clinical experience in Medical Consumables and Devices Industry or professional experience in OT Hospital Setting. Direct experience with Surgeons & Operating Theatre Nurses preferred.

• Good verbal and written English communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong team player and able to work independently

• Excellent communication skills with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties

• Keen understanding of engaging Distributor Markets & Distributor Sales Teams

• Results Oriented Environment familiar at driving educational programs in cross departmental & complex public sector environment

• Leverage on good product and clinical skills to gain In Market Insights
