Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement competitive commercial strategies in alignment with company objectives, aiming for both short-term and long-term revenue growth, while ensuring consistency with the company’s vision and mission.
- Define and monitor KPIs to track distributor performance and drive sustainable and profitable market growth. Achieving financial targets.
- Lead successful product launches, ensuring alignment with key performance metrics. Integrate customer, competitor, and environmental insights into strategies and execution plans.
- Formulate and execute strategies for additional growth opportunities, including inorganic business development and other services and solutions.
- Oversee key customer-facing activities, including marketing, sales, professional education, and management of both customers and distributors.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with new and existing key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with functional leaders across teams (QRA, S&R, Supply Chain, Marketing) to ensure seamless operational performance.
- Mentor and educate distributor sales teams to maximize their skills in selling the Medical Solutions portfolio within their respective markets.
- Understand the public hospital procurement and reimbursement processes within the region.
- Stay informed about the hospital tender process and collaborate with distributors to define specifications and contribute to driving success in key strategic tenders.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the competitive landscape, particularly in PPE Products, Compression (DVT) Devices, and Nutritional Delivery solutions.
- Gain a deep understanding of the in-market end-user purchasing process and map this across different markets.
- Design and execute market development plans for Medical Solutions products.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3-7 years of commercial experience in the Medical Consumables and Devices sector, or professional experience in an OT hospital setting. Direct experience with surgeons and operating theatre nurses is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Proficient in communicating with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third-party partners.
- Expertise in engaging distributor markets and managing distributor sales teams.
- Experience in results-driven environments, particularly in delivering educational programs across complex, cross-departmental, and public sector contexts.
- Strong product and clinical knowledge, with the ability to leverage insights to drive market understanding.
