Join a leading regional Securities brokerage as their Regional Head of Sales driving revenue growth, market share, and client acquisition.
This role provides strategic direction and hands-on leadership to at senior sales team of 6/7 people while leading hands on from the front acquiring and managing institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall sales strategy for the securities business in alignment with the objectives.
- Drive topline revenue growth across all the securities offering
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with regional clients
- Provide and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality client service and investment solutions.
- Monitor competitive landscape and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Minimum 15years of experience in institutional sales within securities or capital markets, with significant leadership experience.
- Proven sales track record and able to provide evidence of existing relationships and a strong client book of institutional clients
- Deep understanding of global equities, and securities products
- Strong knowledge of MAS regulations, CMFAS requirements, and the Singapore securities landscape.
