What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and attend job briefings
- Source top-tier candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and our internal database
- Engage candidates with confidence and authenticity to deliver a great experience
- Qualify talent effectively using our proven best-in-class processes
- Map out candidate markets—analyze team structures, competition, and talent pools
- Guide candidates seamlessly through the recruitment process
- Work closely with experienced account managers and a supportive sales team
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Skilled in candidate sourcing across multiple platforms
- High-energy, positive and dedicated
- Resilient, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Motivated by success and achieving goals
- Eager to learn, grow, and push beyond your comfort zone
- Minimum bachelor’s degree is a must, preferably from a local top 3 University or a top international University.
