My client, a reputable life insurer, is looking for a Product Proposition Specialist to lead the end-to-end design and launch of innovative life insurance products. This role offers high visibility and close collaboration with pricing, distribution, and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead product ideation through market research, customer insights, and competitor analysis
- Drive cross-functional discussions and secure buy-in from pricing, distribution, and internal committees
- Oversee product launches and ensure all documentation and regulatory requirements are met
- Support annual product reviews, pricing policy updates, and strategic roadmap planning
Requirements:
- At least 3 years in life insurance product development
- Strong knowledge of the Singapore insurance market and distribution landscape
- Creative and resilient, with a proven ability to manage complex product cycles
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
