Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive process management strategy that supports the organization’s growth and transformation goals
- Oversee the lifecycle management of process documentation, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance
- Promote the standardization and integration of process excellence principles across all business units
- Work closely with stakeholders including IT, Data, Risk, and Compliance teams to identify opportunities for process optimization
- Serve as the primary advisor on process governance best practices, providing expert insights and recommendations
- Facilitate and lead the Process Forum, ensuring effective governance frameworks and transparent reporting
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all critical processes, their interdependencies, and provide strategic guidance to transformation initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Solid business knowledge and experience within the banking or investment sectors is highly preferred
- Business knowledge in one or more areas: Distribution, Investments, Finance, Risk Management, Legal, or Compliance
- Expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma, with hands-on experience managing projects and teams, ideally within or alongside PMO functions
- Proficient in using process and collaboration tools such as Confluence, Jira, or similar platforms
