Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process fire and personal accident claims efficiently and fairly, ensuring compliance with service standards and protocols.
- Liaise with policyholders, intermediaries, adjusters, investigators, and legal counsel to resolve claims effectively.
- Guide and support assistants in daily claims handling.
- Set and update claims reserves accurately and promptly.
- Provide insights to underwriters on policy gaps and risk improvements based on claims experience.
- Attend site inspections, client meetings, and other sessions as needed.
- Review claim files periodically to maintain quality and compliance.
- Pursue and monitor recovery efforts for fire and PA claims.
- Handle other tasks as assigned by superiors.
