· Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Premier/Private Client Relationship Managers to achieve individual and team-based sales and service targets.
· Developing client relationships with high profile customers
· Monitor performance metrics and ensure alignment with the bank’s strategy and KPIs.
· Handle escalating client issues and provide strategic solutions to maintain strong client relationships.
· Oversee the delivery of Affluent banking solutions including wealth management, investments, deposits, insurance, and lending products.
Who We’re Looking For:· Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Premier/Private Client Banking, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role
· Only candidates who is currently in a role of a Banking RM team manager will be considered
· Ability to build and grow a high performing team
· Strong knowledge of investment, insurance, and wealth management products
· Proven people management skills with a track record of team success
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
