Key Responsibilities:
- Claims Processing: Handle motor insurance claims from initiation to settlement, ensuring compliance with policy terms and company guidelines.
- Assessment Coordination: Liaise with surveyors, garages, and service centres to assess damage and repair costs.
- Documentation Review: Scrutinize claim documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Customer Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for claimants, providing regular updates and support.
- Fraud Detection: Identify suspicious claims and escalate them for investigation when necessary.
- Claims Settlement: Recommend and process settlements within authority limits; escalate larger claims to senior management.
- System Updates: Maintain accurate records and update claims management systems in real-time.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal SOPs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in Insurance, Business Administration, or Law).
- At least 3 years experience working on Claims functions within Insurance firm in Singapore
