• Contribute to system configuration and testing during implementations and pilot projects
• Maintain and refine regional underwriting rule sets to ensure accuracy, relevance, and compliance
• Collaborate with business development teams to support pre- and post-sales initiatives, including product demos, solution scoping and proposal support
• Provide expert underwriting support and resolving client issues and queries
• Represent the platform at industry events and conferences
• Provide training to internal teams and external partners
• Provide actionable data insights using visualization tools to help clients analyze performance and optimize key metrics

• Minimum 3 years of experience in life and disability underwriting in Life Insurance sector
• Familiar with automated underwriting systems or rule engines
• Clear and confident communicator, comfortable with demos and client presentations
• Collaborative and adaptable, able to work across teams and manage priorities independently
