- Support the growth of the Premier Banking – NRI segment by contributing to revenue and business development goals.
- Manage and build strong relationships with new and existing NRI clients, providing them with tailored banking and wealth solutions.
- Collaborate with internal specialists (investment, insurance, treasury) to deliver a comprehensive suite of financial services.
- Engage clients through the bank’s existing database, while maintaining high service standards and professional advisory support.
- Understand clients’ financial goals and offer appropriate banking and investment solutions to meet their needs.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal compliance, audit, and regulatory guidelines in all client interactions and transactions.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Retail or Premier Banking, preferably with exposure to the NRI client segment.
- Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Strong client engagement skills with a consultative approach to financial advisory.
- Must possess the legal right to work in Singapore.
