What you'll be doing:
- Oversee team members dedicated to IFRS17 production, working alongside another team lead to ensure accuracy, clarity, and excellence in reporting.
- Work with actuarial colleagues (Appointed Actuary, Pricing, etc.) on key areas such as assumption setting and integrating new products into the IFRS17 framework.
- Provide ad-hoc assistance to the Chief Actuary on a wide range of corporate actuarial priorities.
What an ideal candidate should have:
- Proven expertise – At least 10 years of actuarial experience with strong exposure to IFRS17 reporting.
- Technical proficiency – Skilled in actuarial software (Prophet / AXIS).
- Leadership edge – Previous team management experience is an advantage and will set you apart.
