Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with clients and partners to cultivate strong, long-term referral relationships that drive sustainable business growth
- Consistently develop and expand new client connections to maintain a well-diversified and balanced referral network
- Deliver expert, high-quality advice tailored to clients' liquidity planning and insurance needs
- Meet or exceed annual net revenue targets, as determined during the yearly performance review
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards, upholding the highest levels of integrity
- Submit all new business documentation with accuracy and efficiency, adhering to required timelines
- Provide exceptional post-sale service, including timely annual policy reviews for all existing policyholders
- Collaborate with and support team members in client meetings, medical appointments, and business presentations to ensure a seamless client experience
Profile:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- You are a HNW Bancassurance Specialist, existing Broker, HNW Financial Advisor, or a Private Banker
- At least 3 years of experience in advisory or sales of HNW Insurance products
- HNW client relationship experience in required
- Successful track record of achievements
