What You’ll Do:

• Lead and shape pricing strategy for Integrated Shield Plans, Individual Health, and Employee Benefits, balancing competitiveness with profitability

• Drive performance insights by analysing trends, identifying key drivers of claims and margins, and recommending data-backed actions to stakeholders

• Own and optimise tools and frameworks , from pricing models to EB quotation support, helping the team work smarter and more efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

• A strong actuarial foundation (degree in Actuarial Science or related field) with at least 5 years of experience in health pricing or valuation

• Analytical sharpness and business acumen , with hands-on skills in Prophet, VBA, SQL or Python being an advantage

• A collaborative, confident communicator who enjoys solving complex problems and delivering impact across teams
