What You’ll Do

• Lead the end-to-end product delivery lifecycle —from concept through post-launch stabilization

• Translate product strategy into execution plans , ensuring timely delivery aligned with business and regulatory priorities

• Drive implementation activities including integration, user story development, testing, operational readiness, and system configuration

• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce complexity, improve timelines, and enhance cross-team coordination

• Champion efficiency by standardizing workflows, optimizing resources, and actively exploring opportunities for automation

• Maintain a delivery roadmap aligned with business goals and the broader project portfolio

• Coordinate across functions —Product, Tech, Ops, Legal, Compliance, Distribution, and Marketing—to ensure seamless product rollouts

• Establish strong governance and risk controls to protect delivery quality, budget, and compliance

• Lead and grow a best-in-class team of project managers and business analysts focused on delivery excellence

What You Bring

• Proven leadership experience in life insurance or financial services , with expertise in complex delivery environments

• Strong track record of end-to-end product implementation , including both digital and traditional offerings

• Familiarity with life insurance systems (policy admin, digital platforms, etc.) and Singapore’s regulatory environment

• Experience leading efficiency, automation, or process transformation initiatives

• Structured and analytical, with a strong focus on execution, continuous improvement, and scalable growth

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level engagement

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (IT, Finance, Actuarial); PMP, Agile, or Prince2 certification is a plus
