We are hiring for a dynamic and broad-based role within a growing investment management firm. The position is part of a lean and collaborative  Fixed Income team  with a strong focus on  Indian debt markets . This role offers a unique mix of responsibilities across  trading, credit analysis, data insights, and client engagement .

Key Responsibilities:

Trading & Market Monitoring

• Execute trades in fixed income and derivative instruments across various mandates.
• Track macroeconomic trends, yield curves, and credit spreads to identify opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with trading counterparties.

Credit Research & Structuring

• Perform fundamental credit analysis on issuers and assess new bond deals.
• Review bond structures, covenants, and associated risks.
• Support structuring of tailored credit solutions.

Client Materials & Marketing Support

• Prepare investor presentations, marketing decks, and due diligence responses.
• Support client servicing by responding to queries and sharing market insights.

Data Analysis & Strategy Support

• Analyze large datasets related to credit risk and market movements.
• Track investor behavior and competitive landscape to inform strategy.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• At least 3 years of experience in fixed income trading, credit analysis, or related areas. (Candidate who are more experienced may be considered as well)
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience or strong interest in Indian debt markets is preferred.
