Join the Data product team within the Securities business of an international top tier bank. Within this function, the focus is to deliver a Data Mesh solution — a next-generation platform that powers the way the Securities business, delivers, and governs its core data capabilities.
As the Onboarding Lead for the region, you’ll be the key driver helping business areas across the region adopt Data Mesh as a foundational part of their data strategy. From initial engagement to post-implementation support, you will guide business partners through every step of their journey. You’ll also ensure alignment with group standards, best practices, and data models while working closely with our Data Mesh IT and architecture teams to deliver seamless, end-to-end onboarding experiences for new and existing tenants.

- Unlock insights through in-depth data analysis, spotting patterns, validating logic, and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Champion data governance by embedding best practices across the platform and leveraging tools like the Data Dictionary to ensure consistency and trust.
- Enable collaboration by working hand-in-hand with data producers and consumers to design clear, standardised data dictionaries and streamlined business processes.
- Own the business analysis process throughout the project lifecycle — from designing process maps and operating models to crafting clear business requirements, test plans, and migration strategies that ensure flawless delivery.
- Unlock the power of data by identifying and leveraging both internal and external data sources, always ensuring compliance with licensing restrictions and governance standards.
- Enable smooth adoption by guiding data producers and consumers in creating accurate, compliant Data Visa and DSS documentation.
- Be the voice that connects the dots — communicate clearly with stakeholders, users, and team members, providing regular progress updates and proactively managing competing priorities or potential conflicts.
- Spot problems before they grow by constructively raising key risks and issues, ensuring they’re addressed early in the process.
- Stay ahead of change by continually assessing process risks in light of evolving legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements, operational practices, and new technological developments.
Your Experience
- 10 years of experience in large transformation program within the Financial Service industry
- Exposure to Data mesh product, platform or projects
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Data Management related projects
- At least 35 years of experience in Securities, Asset Management, Fund Services industry.
- Ability to implement Data Governance Framework within the Financial service industry
- Ability to extract and analyse data using various tools
- Experience with Diagram tools such as Visio and working with different data modelling techniques
