- Process both financial and non-financial policy changes with accuracy and efficiency
- Liaise with internal teams and partners to resolve client issues and ensure service continuity
- Provide excellent customer service to policy owner, business partner and public through various
- Monitor daily operations, escalate issues, and suggest process improvements
- Maintain proper documentation and support file retention and destruction procedures
- Assist in FATCA/CRS reporting and contribute to ad hoc projects when needed
- Support team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Higher diploma or equivalent; FLMI or similar qualifications are a plus
- Minimum 3 years' experience in insurance operations, preferably HNW
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
