Summary:
Seeking an experienced corporate secretarial professional to support governance and compliance functions for Singapore-based entities within a financial institution. Ideal for candidates with in-house experience in the banking or financial sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Board/Shareholder resolutions, ACRA/MAS filings, and maintain statutory records.
- Organize and support Board and management meetings, including agenda setting, minutes drafting, and logistics.
- Ensure governance compliance and assist with secretariat and transaction-related tasks.
- Contribute to process improvements in secretariat functions.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Law, or related field.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience; in-house exposure in financial institutions preferred.
- Associate/Graduate membership of a recognized governance body.
- Strong knowledge of governance standards and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, Zoom, and digital board platforms.
- Able to manage confidential information professionally.
