They are looking to hire an experienced claims professional with strong focused on vendor management and service delivery. This role plays a key part in ensuring that their service partners deliver high-quality claims adjudication and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day claims operations and service delivery from appointed third-party vendors.
- Ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs are met, particularly in claims quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage vendor onboarding, training, and continuous performance monitoring.
- Act as a key liaison for product launches, process changes, and escalations.
- Review complex or escalated claims and provide adjudication guidance.
- Conduct regular performance and claims analysis reporting for internal stakeholders.
- Lead service governance meetings and drive continuous process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all data protection and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in claims health insurance
- Ideally comes with experience in regional claims
- Proven experience in vendor or service partner management.
- Strong understanding of claims processes, service delivery metrics, and customer experience.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
