Responsibilities
- Analyze and enhance business processes with a customer-centric focus
- Gather, validate, and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
- Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams including product owners, UX/UI designers, developers and testers to ensure effective communication.
- Develop and execute UAT test plans; provide support to users during the testing phase
- Prepare training materials and conduct user training sessions
- Drive process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in the life insurance industry, with expertise in policy servicing or customer operations
- Experience in system revamp or transformation projects is preferred
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
