·Drive branch sales performance and ensure achievement of financial targets, compliance, and service standards
·Oversee all branch activities including customer onboarding, teller operations, account services, and front-desk processes
·Manage cash operations, ensuring proper cash holdings, balancing, and reconciliation procedures are in place
·Ensure branch operations are compliant with regulatory and internal policies
Requirements:·Minimum 2-3 years of experience as Branch Manager with Premier Banking or Wealth Management segment
·Proven leadership and people management capabilities
·Strong understanding of branch operations, cash handling, and frontline team management
·Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
·Results-driven with a strong client-centric mindset
