This role is suited for a HUNTER — someone passionate about building new relationships, identifying opportunities, and winning new corporate clients through proactive engagement with direct clients, brokers, financial advisers and/or iFA.
The ideal candidate brings strong commercial acumen, deep understanding of group insurance solutions, and a proven ability to navigate competitive RFP processes to deliver business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition for Employee Benefits portfolio
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive, compliant, and profitable proposals.
- Build and strengthen relationships with external partners to increase lead generation, referral flow, and win ratio.
- Track, analyse, and report sales performance, pipeline progress, and conversion results to management.
- Participate in business development campaigns, networking events, and client presentations to promote brand visibility and engagement.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Group Insurance, Employee Benefits , or related business development role within an insurer.
- Hunter personality . Able to drive and bring new business partnership through your own network, collaboration or referrals.
- CMFAS Qualifications required: BCP, PGI, CGI, HI, M5, M9 and M9A.
