We are seeking a dynamic and experienced actuarial professional to join our client's team in a pivotal role driving product and distribution excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled leader with strong business acumen, analytical ability, and a deep understanding of insurance products and distribution strategies.
Experience:- At least 5 years of actuarial experience across diverse product lines (ILP, Non-par, Index-linked, Par) and distribution channels (Tied FA, IFA, Brokers, Banca).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, thriving in dynamic and ambiguous environments.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese, proficient in MS Office.
- Lead or support end-to-end product development and drive initiatives to grow the distribution strategy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop innovative product propositions, ensure alignment, and resolve issues during implementation.
- Analyze data, monitor performance metrics (sales, expense budgets, profitability, etc.), and support strategic planning and risk assessment.
