Key Responsibilities
- Deliver timely and accurate policy administration
- Provide first-class customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding clients on policy-related matters.
- Ensure timely production and delivery of broking slips, placement slips, cover notes, and policy documents.
- Support policy processing activities including renewals, endorsements, billing, and documentation, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with the claims team to assist clients in the claims process and coordinate timely resolution of any disputes.
- Manage client and insurer relationships proactively to drive retention and organic business growth.
- Assist the credit control team in premium collection follow-ups when required.
- Maintain accurate and orderly customer records and documentation.
- Handle ad hoc assignments and contribute to team initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Insurance, or related fields.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in general insurance broking, preferably having both personal and commercial lines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality service.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general policy administration systems.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
